This period begins when Hong Kong Jiu Xin Enterprise Limited receives the returned item and confirms it meets the return conditions. The refund amount may be reduced for items not in original condition. Hong Kong Jiu Xin Enterprise Limited does not control bank or payment provider processing times beyond the stated minimum of 14 days.

PayPal Refund Timelines

For refunds issued through PayPal, the refund takes at least 14 days to process and arrive in your PayPal account. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Hong Kong Jiu Xin Enterprise Limited will initiate the PayPal refund promptly after approving the return, but the final arrival time depends on PayPal and applicable local regulations. You acknowledge that PayPal refunds may exceed 14 days in those regions.

Damaged or Defective Items

You must inspect your order upon receipt. Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt.
